I have made a preliminary team for matchday 1 of Uefa Champions League Fantasy Football. It has become harder and harder each year to pick the desired team in this game. No wonder considering that a player like Leo Messi has a price tag of 14.0 in this game.

I still will have to make an analysis of the teams and their form in their domestic leagues before I make my final decisions. The thing that makes it harder than for example in the Premier League game is that it’s harder to get good information about the teams and their players. Some of the teams, like for example the Serie A teams, have only just started their season which also makes it harder to make any conclusions about the form of the players.

This is how my preliminary team looks like right now. Like previous seasons, we have a budget of 100.0 to our disposal.
